01/
Overview
A semantic and visual identity for Vardo Group and the personal brand of Varda Avetisyan, one of the leading figures in Dilijan's culinary scene — reflecting her approach of blending modern culinary technique with the richness of local tradition.
The group is housed in a striking example of adaptive reuse — a 19th-century building traditional to Dilijan, once a stable, now reimagined as the setting for its restaurants.

02/
Research
Multi-level research grounded every decision: global gastronomic trend analysis, benchmarking, SWOT, audience segmentation, and a competitive review of Dilijan's restaurant scene. From these findings came the brand platform and naming, along with core strategies for development, communication, and promotion — both for the group as a whole and for each individual sub-brand.

03/
Modular Brand System
A family of restaurant brands unified under the positioning "House of New Armenian Flavors" — a flexible visual system where each brand keeps its own character while staying recognizably part of VARDÓ. Every sub-brand carries its own tone, typography, and visual language, yet shares the same underlying logic: shape, bold silhouettes, and contextual color use.

04/
MENU DESIGN
A large, varied menu only works if it's easy to navigate. The team designed both the offline and online menu systems around one goal: making abundance feel approachable, not overwhelming. Offline, that's a well-structured printed booklet organized by chapter. Online, it's a dynamic ordering system — letting guests build a selection as they browse and pull it up instantly when the waiter arrives.
